ST. ALBAN'S SHOWER PROGRAM
Located at St. Alban's Anglican Church in Richmond. Offers free shower to anyone who wants one, along with hot breakfast, and bagged lunch; may partake of donated goods.
Volunteers: 6 max. per shift (children 10 up are allowed, with parent)
Job: Cook breakfast, clean-up, talk to guests, assist in giving out soap/shampoo/etc. to guests, arrange donation table, etc.
Volunteer time: 7:30am to 10:30am

DOOR IS OPEN
Located at 255 Dunlevy St. Vancouver. A Catholic charity, run by nuns, welcoming the less fortunate people of downtown Eastside, many of whom are suffering from poverty, drug & alcohol addictions, physical & mental disabilities, and other impairments.
Volunteers: Ages 30+
Job: Preparations/Shopping, Gift Bags packing, actual cooking and serving at the venue

NIGHTSHIFT STREET MINISTRIES
(EVENING MEAL PROGRAM)
Located at 10635 King George Blvd. in Surrey. Since its inception in 2004, NightShift has consistently provided not only hot soup and sandwiches, but love, hope and purpose to people caught in the cycle of poverty and addiction. NightShift Street Ministries is today known as the organization on the front lines of outreach and care for the vulnerable, addicted and homeless people in Surrey.
Volunteers: 9-12 max per shift (only Badged Volunteers are allowed)
Job: Cook and pack meals, serve meals, occasionally hand out clothing, and clean-up after shift.
Volunteer time: 5:30pm to 8:00pm every 2nd Sunday of the month.
